Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Policy
In case of reservation, a fee of 100% of the booking value is charged
2. Payment Method
Payments are made online by credit or debit card via the secure Stripe payment system.
You can also pay in interest-free instalments (0%) using Klarna at the time of booking.
Your card details are encrypted and safely stored for the purpose of processing the remaining balance and refundable security deposit.
3. Cancellation Policy
If the reservation is cancelled more than 7 days before arrival, 80% of the deposit will be refunded.
If the reservation is cancelled 7 days or less before arrival, the booking fee and deposit are non-refundable.
4. House Rules
Pets are not allowed in the apartments or on the property.
Parties, loud gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited both inside the apartments and in the shared areas of the complex.
Guests are asked to respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 8:00 to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
Any violation of these rules may result in deduction from the security deposit or immediate termination of the stay without refund.
5. Property Information
The property offers free parking (no reservation required) and complimentary internet access throughout the premises.
